Kaum ein Trend spaltet die Gemüter mehr als der Plissee Rock. Mode-Experten sprechen von Plissee, wenn dicht aufeinander folgend Falten in Stoffe eingebügelt wurden. Schon unsere Mütter hatten ihn im Schrank. Und wie stehen wir dazu, yes or no ?

Früher als „old school“ betitelt liegen die luftigen Röcke heute wieder voll im Trend, ob geblümt, auffällig oder dezent gemustert, oder – nach meiner Beobachtung bevorzugt – in metallic Optik, kombiniert mit Heels, Loafers oder Sneakers. Also ran an die Faltenröcke !

Zuerst war ich ja auch noch richtig skeptisch. Stimmen die Proportionen, und dann gleich der Glitzereffekt ? Vorsichtig wagte ich mich dann aber doch an die Metallic Optik heran. Was soll ich sagen, kurz anprobiert und ich war begeistert !

Und was trägt man am besten dazu ? Die Frage war nach ein paar Runden vor meinem Spiegel schnell geklärt: Er passt zu fast allem ! Soft und edel der Mix mit feinem Cashmere-Strick, trendy mit Blouson-Shirt oder einfach minimalistisch mit weißem Hemd, gerne hier auch mal in der oversized Variante.

Gerne wird der Plissee Rock natürlich mit Heels und auch Söckchen kombiniert. Sollte das mit den Heels aber vielleicht noch ein Hinderungsgrund sein ? Da ich meistens auf flachen Sohlen unterwegs bin, wage ich das Experiment „Flache Schuhe“ und kombiniere meine Loafers und auch Sneakers dazu, und siehe da, auch das passt ! Und selbst die Mama hebt den Daumen hoch und schwelgt mit mir in vergangenen Zeiten.

Aktuell könnt ihr eine große Auswahl dieser Röcke bei Zara finden. Ich empfehle für das Frühjahr ein zartes Rosé oder die angesagten Rottöne ! Ein wahrer „Love Code“, wenn ihr mich fragt.

Und wer schon einmal Ähnliches erlebt hat, dass sich ein Kleidungsstück nach anfänglichem Zögern zum persönlichen Renner entwickelt hat, dann lasst es mich gerne wissen !

The pleated skirt – beloved folds! 

Hardly a trend breaks the mind more than the pleated skirt. Fashion experts talk about pleating when tightly folding wrinkles have been pressed into fabrics. Even our mothers had him in the closet. And how do we say, yes or no?

Formerly declared as „old school“, the airy skirts are now fully fashionable, whether floral, striking or discreetly patterned, or – in my opinion preferred – in metallic look combined with heels, loafers or sneakers. So go to the wrinkles!

At first I was really skeptical. Are the proportions correct, and then the glitter effect? Cautiously I dared then but nevertheless to the metallic optics. What am I supposed to say, shortly tried and I was thrilled!

And what is the best way to do it? The question was quickly clarified after a few laps in front of my mirror: It fits almost everything! Soft and noble the mix with fine cashmere knit, trendy with blouson-shirt or simply minimalistic with white shirt, gladly also in the oversized variant sometimes.

The pleated skirt is naturally combined with heels and socks. Should the heels perhaps be a hindrance? Since I am mostly on flat soles, I dare the experiment „flat shoes“ and combine my Loafers and also sneakers, and lo and behold, that fits! And even my mommy raises her thumb and revels with me in times past.

Currently you can find a large selection of these skirts at Zara. I recommend for the spring a delicate rosé or the hottest reds! A true „love code“ if you ask me.
