Ziemlich lässig, cosy und trendy zugleich, das ist die aktuelle „Athleisure“ wear ! Besonders angesagt sind hier die temperaturausgleichenden running tights und die bequemen jogging pants.

Begegneten wir dieser funktionalen Mode früher nur im Fitnessstudio oder auf der Joggingstrecke, so treffen wir sie heute auch edel mit femininen Oberteilen getragen oder zu opulenten Jacken und Blousons kombiniert an. Die Attribute alltags- und bürotauglich sind hier vereint, und sogar im after work sind sie hervorragende Begleiter, Wohlfühlen garantiert !

Als aktive Läuferin schätze ich die leichten, elastischen und atmungsaktiven Qualitäten der Aktivwear beim Sport ohnehin schon, und nach dem Motto „Sporty goes Fashion“ setzen inzwischen auch viele Designer und Lifestyle-Labels diese Vorzüge nun in ihren Basis-Kollektionen um.

Please, however, match the styling to the right mix, because the look should not look like wearing a gym outfit. My favorites here are the feminine elegant ones with formal blazer and classic shirt-blouse, or sometimes urban style with oversize jacket or short coat, or combined with strikingly printed sweats and colorful sweaters.
